Attention: Important Information
If your delivery address is in a different country from your billing address, please place the delivery address in the additional comments box located on the payment details page. Make sure the address is written correctly as this is where the purchased goods will be sent.
Ozemart Direct and its postage service accept no responsibility for any damaged sustained to goods while in transit.
You may be required to pay tax on your goods to customs when you take delivery of them in your country.
Customs both in Australia and your country may open your package to inspect its contents and to check that the contents is not in breach of import restriction and prohibitions laws in your country.
It is up to the purchaser to consider import laws when purchasing items from Ozemart Direct. Ozemart Direct will not take any responsibility for the items you purchase and will not take any responsibility for any breaches of import restrictions or prohibitions that may occour as a result of your purchasing decisions in relation to the items you purchase from Ozemart Direct.
Ozemart Direct will also accept not responsibility for the loss of goods which may or may not occur through the confiscation of items by customs and other authorities while goods are in transit.
Ozemart Direct will not issue refunds for incorrect or mistaken purchases and accepts no responsibility for misinterpretations of general descriptions.
